We offer 1 year warranty on all orders. It means that we will replace any damaged product for one year after your purchase. For example, if your necklace or ring broke, we will replace it for free. Don't forget to send a picture for evidence.

BEWARE: if we notice that you are abusing our warranty we will cancel yours. The goal is for you to know that once you purchase one of our products, if there is any quality issue we will correct this at our own cost.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are FREE. You can exchange any product for another one of the same cost. We will send you a pre-paid return label. When you ship the package back, ask for a shipping evidence and send it to us, we will ship you the replacement item immediately, so you don't have to wait.

 

Returns

You have 14 days to return any product you didn't use, and receive a refund. 

Beware: returns are at your own cost to our warehouse in Mumbai. As soon as you ship the package back, ask for a postage bill and send it to us, we will then process your refund and you will be credited on your account within 3-5 business days. 

 

Refunds

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason after your purchase, you can contact us at info@femmefataleusa.com to get a refund. Please provide as much details as possible for us to understand the situation. We will review your request and if eligible for a refund, we will process your refunds within 3-5 business days. 

 

Damages or incorrect product

Please contact us immediately if any product is damaged or if you didn't receive the correct item. Send a picture at info@femmefataleusa.com.

You don't need to send back any damaged article. We will ship you a new one for FREE.

 

Cancelling an order

We process orders within 1 hour after your purchase. If your order has already been processed, you will have to return your order, at your own fees to our offices in Mumbai.
